1. Service Description

PeekBit ("the Service") monitors publicly available information about companies you specify and delivers periodic email reports summarizing changes such as news, product launches, pricing updates, hiring activity, and personnel changes.

2. Account and Subscription

By signing up, you provide your email address and the company domains you wish to track. No password or traditional account is required.

• Free Trial: New subscriptions include a 60-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• Paid Plans: After the trial, plans range from $9 to $49 per month depending on the number of companies tracked. We offer monthly subscriptions and 6-month one-time payment options.
• Billing: We will email you before your trial ends. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
• Recurring subscriptions are cancelled immediately upon unsubscribe, and you will not be charged again.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or one-time payments already processed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or redistribute reports without permission.

5. Data and Content

Reports are generated from publicly available web content and processed using automated tools including AI summarization. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that reports are complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PeekBit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or business decisions made based on our reports.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
